You will work as part of an integrated multi-disciplinary team to work alongside people seeking, or drawing on support to live the lives they choose to lead, whatever their age or stage of life. You will provide high quality social work practice, ensuring individuals have a solution focussed plan towards achieving their goals and maintaining their wellbeing. You will work creatively with individuals, local communities and our partners, empowering them to deliver the best possible outcomes for people and to create a positive Adult Social Care culture.

You must be able to provide and support the delivery of high-quality social work activities, however, we have opportunities for different levels of experience as follows:
Grade 7
If you are newly qualified and have not yet completed your assessed and supported year in employment (ASYE).
Grade 8
This post is for you if you have completed your ASYE and can demonstrate increased decision-making autonomy in situations of increasing complexity, risk, uncertainty, and challenge.
