Are you passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)? We are seeking a skilled and dedicated EHCP Coordinator to join our SEND team and help deliver high-quality Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). About the Role: As an EHCP Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of EHCPs for children and young people aged 0–25. This includes overseeing the statutory assessment process, coordinating multi-agency contributions, drafting and reviewing plans, and ensuring compliance with statutory timescales and quality standards. You will work closely with families, schools, and professionals to develop personalised, outcome-focused plans that support each child’s progress and well-being. Main Responsibilities: Manage the EHCP process from assessment to review for a designated caseload Ensure timely, legally compliant, and high-quality EHCPs Liaise effectively with education, health, and social care professionals Act as a point of contact for families, providing clear advice and support Monitor provision and contribute to strategic SEND planning About You:
We are looking for someone with: Strong knowledge of SEND legislation, including the Children and Families Act 2014 and the SEND Code of Practice Experience with EOTAS cases Excellent communication and organisational skills A child-centred approach and commitment to inclusive education The ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines
