We are seeking a capable, resilient, and highly motivated individual to join our Early Help Leadership Team. In this role, you will lead, supervise, and manage the team of Early Help Practice Coordinators. Working in close partnership with Children’s Social Care management, you will provide countywide oversight of all supervised contact between children in the care of the local authority and their families. You will also oversee the coordination of early help initiatives and take responsibility for the effective recruitment and management of volunteers.
With leadership of four teams of Children & Families Support Workers, you will bring proven management skills to support and guide the Practice Coordinators. Your ability to navigate scheduling and logistical challenges in a dynamic and responsive environment will be key to ensuring the best possible outcomes for families facing challenging circumstances.
