An opportunity has arisen following retirement for a Service Manager to join our brilliant senior leadership team. This is a great time to join us, to contribute to our continued commitment to do the very best job we can for our residents. Primarily focussing on hospital reablement and in house service provision, the successful candidate will join 2 existing Service Managers covering other areas in the Directorate.

Passionate about supporting people to achieve the best possible outcomes, you will have a strong value base, a commitment to staff development, strengths-based practice, and to community led approaches.

You will bring experience and expertise in leading and developing high performing social care teams.  Our staff are our greatest asset, and we want them all to be led by inspiring, supportive leaders. 

We know that these are challenging financial times for all public services, so you will also be experienced in managing social care budgets and in taking innovative approaches to making the best use of public funds.
